One of the biggest misconceptions we encounter is the relationship between Global Entry and TSA PreCheck.

Global Entry includes TSA PreCheck.
TSA PreCheck does not include Global Entry.
For many travelers, that makes Global Entry the better long-term value. Even if you only travel internationally once a year, the difference in cost is relatively small compared to the additional convenience it provides.

CLEAR works differently than the other two programs.

CLEAR does not replace TSA PreCheck.
